Genuinely one of the most amazing companies for which I have ever had the opportunity to work. - Company culture is unmatched and organic. Working here really makes you feel like you’re part of a family and something bigger than yourself. - Management is always striving to make sure you’re operating at your full potential, and pushing you to challenge yourself. The genuinely care about your well-being and go out of their way to give you the tools to succeed- while showing you how to use those tools in order to achieve your goals.- The job itself is fairly straight forward; and if you use the tools and systems afforded to you by your trainers and management you will find tons of opportunity. But this job isn’t for the lazy, and at times can require a thick skin and the right mentality. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience at EVC. The job rewards you based on the amount of time, effort and care you put into your own success. Thank you Gareth, Lonnie & Brielle for allowing me to be part of your team and for teaching me so much about business, management, and myself.
