Good and Clean Playground

Compared to the other associations that I have been a part of, this one has very low fees. Of course, our neighborhoods don't have that "All American" just built and landscaped look, but its still good. I like the quarterly newsletter they put out as well.

This park is generally empty after school. It is always clean and the playground area is in good condition. The only thing is that there are no bathrooms. There are portable toilets, but it is not the cleanest. Just need to make sure the kids go bathroom before going to the park. This review is only for the park and not for the Gentry rec center which is in the same area.

Great place to teach the kids to swim, always clean and great staff! We love coming here to burn off some energy.2 covered areas for parties.

DON'T by a house in Ewa By Gentry TIBURON, LASBRISAS, TERRAZZA AND LASBRISAS they keep changing the rules and they just took All The parking say from the residents WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PARK!!! SO if you have more then 2 cars this is not the place to buy

Very nice clean well kept facility. Open to non-members as well. They often have movie night in the park and swap meets. Swimming lessons available as well as other sports.

We lived in one of the older areas in the Gentry community. Our community went down hill very quickly in the 8+ years we lived there. The longer we lived there the less the community was maintained and often the office managers were cranky and uncooperative (if you could find them if you needed them). The front of our house was never maintained properly even after we spoke with the community managers. We enjoyed the community in the beginning, but it seems they can not keep proper community managers long enough to keep the community running smoothly. We are very happy we sold our home and I would suggest if you want to purchase a home in the gentry area that you take the time to look at your neighborhood and talk with the managers in your particular area of interest first.
