Disappointed in customer serviceThis company is a clothing supplier for our corporate office. They are for all intents and purposes a single source supplier for our company, head quartered in the same town.While they did stay open to accommodate our course schedule (a smart business move to increase sales) this seems to be the extent of thier customer service policy. I purchased a total of $56 in product. After washing my purchases I noticed several damaged areas that had melted fabric (heat marks). I returned 2 days after purchase with the product receipt and was told that products are non returnable if washed or worn. A policy which makes me question why a detailed purchase receipt is given with sale. I thoroughly enjoyed throwing at least $20 of my $50 purchase in the trash.

We were from out of town and this location is our corp. Clothing supplier. They stayed hope. Late for us so we could get our shopping done before we left town. Great people.
