I used Exceleron Designs to build my website and from day one they were over charging me, I was just too ignorant at the time to know better. They said they would teach me how to make changes to my site and it would be easy but, they never really taught me much and it was not easy. Costumer Service was not good, in fact sometimes it took days for them to respond to my emails and at times they were quite rude. They made everything so complex that only they could make the bigger changes that I needed done and they'd charge me extra for it. I would never recommend them to anyone...
