They had to cancel a Halloween Half Marathon just 3 days prior to execution due to a "Permit" dispute with the city. How does a professional operation fail to get permits BEFORE accepting registration fees? Promised to refund my $80 registration fee, still waiting 30 days later. Communication only results in EXCUSES. Will never run another race organized by them.
