Jonathan and Tara were wonderful to work with. Both were very patient and helped navigate the insurance negotiation process. The entire office personnel are a great assistance for a higher claim amount for needed repairs and are able to "speak the language" that insurance companies need in order to process relevant claims. I highly recommend this company.

Alex was cordial when he answered the phone, but it should be noted that this company does not do work in Saint Augustine, Florida which is less than an 1.5 hours northeast.

Ive known Adam sometime now through the industry so i knew when i needed help who the first person to turn to was going to be after the insurance shorted me from the hurricaine and sure enough his staff of Public adjusters and himself made sure i was properly compensated which was a huge relif especially for me being a person who lives out of the state. Absolutely fantastic job! Having dealt directly with insurance company adjusters before, I knew I was going to be low-balled and toyed with as I fought for a measly and unsatisfactory settlement. Enter Expert Public Adjusters - they took ALL of the sting out of the experience. They dealt directly with the insurance company and retrieved an excellent settlement for me that allowed me to take care of everything I needed to get repaired and replaced. I never would have achieved that on my own. They will be my first call if my home gets damaged again. I cannot recommend them enough.

My house was damaged during hurricane Irma and after fighting with my insurance company for nearly 6 months they refused to pay anything on my claim. My attorney suggested I hire a public adjuster and explained how they work. After doing some research, I hired Expert Public Adjusters and that proved to be a very good decision! They were able to recover the money I had already paid out for repairs, plus plenty of money for a new roof and other repairs as well. The process can be a drawn out one (insurance companies will continue to drag their feet hoping you'll give up) and I would have appreciated more frequent progress updates, but I'm an end result kind of guy and the end result was far better than I had even hoped for! Highly recommend!!
