This is quite possibly one of the worst temporary staffing agencies I have ever worked for and still work for. I'm still working for them but It's the ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars but they don't even deserve that many.For starters, they explain that I have to give the notice to quit a job at least 2 hours notice in advance. However, they contacted me once 45 minutes before they told me the job assignment was cancelled. A total double-standard. They are horrible at explaining the requirements for a job. I was once assigned to a job and told that there would not be any heavy lifting. They lied and I think they knew they lied. I've had other job assignments that wanted me to wear work boots and they neglected to tell me this. They do not communicate well, especially within their office. Twice they have given me the incorrect pay amount and I have to go to their office to get a paper check and pay for their mistake. They do not confirm hours when I have sent text many times, requesting taht they confirm my hours. It almost seems like there are temp workers running Express Staffing. So once again, if you can find another staffing agency, I would recommend it because Express is far from professional and just a horrible staffing agency to work for. If I did not have a criminal record, I would seek out another form of employment. I am still looking for anything better than Express Staffing because they are by far, the worst temporary staffing agency I have ever been employed though.
