Over the years I've been with several temp agencies, mostly big corporations and so far they've been good. The difference with Express Employment is that each office is a franchise, so you have the backup of a big corporation with the care of a small business.Paulina and Jon at the Chula Vista office have been immensely helpful, they were able to get me the job I am currently in. I never had problems with payroll or paperwork and I even had health insurance while I was their client.The company that hired me is very small, and we've been able to utilize Express Employment for HR questions. I personally have recommended them to several friends that are in the job market and my company plans to use their services when we are ready to expand and need more personnel.
