Been calling for four days no service on a broken modem they provide me with and no internet connection.

I get crappy internet there’s no costumer service. We had a temporary cable put in last year and they have never came back out to fix it. We have called countless time but can never get ahold of someone to fix it. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could.

Just got flipped off by someone driving a Fairpoint van. That was after he cut me off going north on I-435 past Independence Ave/Winner Rd. I won't be using this service if that's how their attitude is. From what I've read customer service needs some work.

Horrible customer service bar none. Yes i habe good comnection and good speed and little to no outages. That being said you cant get through and when you do they run you through hoops. Despite the good internet i want to leave because of the horrendous customer service.

Service is good at or over 20+Mbps. It does slow down once in awhile, nothing that noticeable. I have had it go down completely during some rough storms, but came on back quickly. I haven't had to mess with the equipment at all. All in all it's decent.

So far so good! Had service hooked up last week, and it seems to be working great. I got 20mbps at a good price, no money down, and it's risk free for 30 days! Its fast enough to stream HD movies and surf the web from multiple devices, all at the same time!

Seriously horrible. Just had it "installed" yesterday and I'm trying to get ahold of them to come get their crap. Supposed to have land lined screwed that up, my box is 12ft from my computer and won't connect, my couter is wifiing to their signal says I have signal but I can't get on ANYTHING. Try calling customer service and it's all routed out of New England and you get transfered 3 or 4 times everytime if you get through. To be told they can't access my account or do anything because someone who is not at their desk is in my file so no one else can open to make notes or order a technician to my house wth is that?! Stay away soooo not worth it at all.
