John Fallivene was an outstanding realtor. He was extremely patient and really catered to my needs. He was honest with his opinions and always offered valuable advice. We saw a lot of houses over the course of about two years and he never gave up on finding me the house of my dreams! I would recommend him and his team to anyone in need of a competent realtor, who knows the West Essex area like the back of his hand, as well as surrounding areas both near and far.

John was great in helping me find my first apartment. I had a tight budget and a high demand location in mind and he was able to help me find the perfect place for me. I had spent 6 months looking at apartments on my own without much luck and with John’s help, in just two months, I signed a lease for an apartment. I also used the agency for my renter’s insurance, which has been a completely hassle free process. John was very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend to others.

John was extremely professional and is extremely knowledgeable about the house purchasing process. He was very patient with our many questions throughout the process, and was also willing to take us to see houses out of his normal area. On top of all of this, John was always looking out for us in terms of evaluating houses from a realistic point of view. Had the pleasure of working with John Fallivene (Jr) selling two homes in Caldwell as part of an estate. Hiring John was one of the best decisions I made. The sales were complicated, but John was always available to talk through concerns and come up with a path forward. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable, his service was outstanding, and his commission structure fair and reasonable. Living 250 miles away, I sometimes needed help with maintenance or repairs while the houses were in the market, John was always willing to step in to recommend contractors, meet them at the house and ensure things were done properly. I recommend him without reservation.

I was looking for a very specific house with a lot of requirements but not a huge budget and also as a first time home buyer. John helped me out and answered probably a few hundred calls, texts and emails and was extremely pleasant through every step of the process. He was super knowledgeable and also recommended a ton of great inspectors and professionals to close my house deal. I was very happy with the real estate services I used through Fallivene Agency and felt very reassured during my home purchase. I would highly recommend using this great family company and would use them again when I win the lottery and buy a beach house in the future!!!
