Overall Feedback:

After 19 years in business and using multiple advertising strategies, we took out 8 month advertising with them for two of my companies, got so few calls that we lost money on this advertising. We kept paying the entire contract because we wanted to honor the agreement. At the end of the term we fell behind on the payment by two months and they charged us late fees of over $250.00. I don't mind paying the late fees because we fell behind, what i do mind is paying the entire cost and then some with minimal results. They messed up our ad a couple of times during the year as well. I would have been happy if they even just offered to wave $25.00 of the late fee. I wont use them again.
