Amazing Customer Service! I've been with several reputable insurance providers but never have I had such great customer service with a personal touch as I have with Nelson. If you want an agent who is a true partner in helping you manage your insurance needs Nelson Abbott is your guy! Today I text him needing a document, it was in my inbox within minutes. My husband and I have been doing business with Nelson Abbot for greater than 15 years. We trust Nelson and appreciate the way that he does business. We love that he is active in his community and helps people in all walks of life. Nelson has been known to come to our house after hours or call us back on weekends and late at night when we've needed him. We take comfort in knowing that he has our back. Nelson Abbott is great to work with. He is very good at finding the best options for your protection and pocket book. He is very easy to get a hold of when I have questions. When I have to leave a message he is very quick to return the call. When I had a disaster at my house, Nelson was very quick to connect me with the best people. He called to check to see how things were going even though he is not required to since the claims agent was working on the case. He is a great agent!!

As long as Nelson Abbott is the man behind the desk at Farm Bureau, we will never work with another insurance agency. Nelson is the most professional individual we have worked with in the industry. He always answers the phone, is quick to respond and help, and can trust him to ALWAYS look out for us. My husband at I have tried to do the math for how long we have been with Nelson, and the best we can come up with is 15+ years. Regardless we are looking forward to 15 more. For those of you lucky enough to know Nelson personally as well as professionally you will quickly find out he is an exceptional community leader, and advocate. Nelson is a wonderful insurance agent! He has been there for us through thick and thin. He is very easy to contact and great to work with. I feel Nelson is very knowledgeable in his field and I've put him to the test several times to make sure we are getting the best rates and coverage.
