Had a very positive experience recently with Jim. I had a flood over the weekend from my washer machine. I sent Jim a message by text and to my surprise he responded right away. Was not expecting that, especially on a Sunday. He was able to provide assistance to get my claim started and followed up with me Monday morning. Jim is a very nice guy and I feel he truly cares about his customers. I will never consider going any where else for my insurance.
