If I could rate this office 10+ stars, I would! Jeremy Klem is not your typical agent. He (and everyone in his office) goes the extra mile to make sure you have the right amount of coverage at the right price. Within a few minutes of our conversation, I found out that we were SEVERELY underinsured with our current insurance company (that we've used for 25+ years!) and that most of our assets would be at risk in the event of an accident. End result - we walked out of the office with three times the coverage we had previously, as well as a much needed $1 million umbrella policy and renters policy. The best part? All three new policies cost just a little more than we were paying for one auto policy! I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs and will recommend his office to everyone I know. If you're sick of calling a 1-800 number, getting transferred from dept to dept, and talking with people who don't truly have your family's best interest at heart, call Jeremy Klem's office. You'll be glad you did.
