I have been working with them for years until now. I spoke with Matt on the phone. I tried to tell him that I wanted to place a claim for my home. And right away, he is telling me about scams and that I they may not do anything, and he started yelling at me because I told him that I just wanted to put in my claim. He was rude and nasty over the phone, questioning me about the damage as if I weren’t telling him the truth. He wasn’t even listening to me. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to. He replied yelling “Well I OWN This place!!!” I explained to him that I pay a lot of money every year, the least he could do is send someone out. I told him, let them make the decision. I never felt so disappointed in my life. This man shouldn’t run a business if he can’t even speak professionally to customers. I am sad to say that we will be looking for another carrier.
