They Covered my home when no one else would. Very friendly. Terina Grady very nice lady always willing to help. She sat down with me and explained my policy. Everyone in the office very willing to help. Moved my car to after they insured my home.

This agency is very professional, they are always working their hardest to make things run smoothly and give their clients easy and stress-free experiences. Everyone in the office has very positive attitudes and Patrick makes sure every client leaves happy.

BUYER BEWARE!Terrible insurance agent. VERY shady. There were two years in a row that I went to renew my tag and my VIN numbers were entirely wrong for both vehicles and each time they would fix the (error), my rates would go up. Also, I have been with this company for fives years and they just recently decided they would change the year of my roof on my homeowners insurance back to the year the house was built, 1969 and raise my rates. When we called to question this, they first said they couldn't take our call for several days and then made an appt. We never received the call and then they claimed they had an incorrect number, when we called again. When we questioned them about changing the date of our roof after using their service for fives years they stated if wanted to keep our rates, they would have to raise our deductible from 1500 to 2500. These are the most unethical insurance practices. I wouldn't recommend this agency for anything!

This agency goes out of their way to show you how much you mean to them. Patrick pays close attention to his customers and listens to their needs and then does his best to try to make things better. The agency is great about taking calls and taking care of customers as quickly as possible.
