I was one of the first clients this agent had back in the 90's. As his business grew I watched the level of service and attention to detail lessen. Scott Johnson has made an appointment with me, at his office, and then didn't show up - without any notice or contact. When he did arrive he said "sorry I was taking pictures of a new account". There was never an insurance policy (ies) update. As my cars grew older he continued to update a full coverage policy....on a 12 year old car?! I've since learned that this is not the norm. Finally, after one of the cars was totaled, his office was notified to stop the automatic withdrawal of premiums, they did this but didn't cancel the policy. Two months later I receive a letter from a collection agency that they transferred the unpaid premiums to....on a car that is in the junk yard. After being a customer of Mr. Johnson for almost twenty years...not even a phone call to see if anyone was hurt, to coordinate the policy...NOTHING. I would strongly recommend getting your insurance elsewhere. You've been warned, continued at your own risk.
