Regrettably, I needed to contact my Farmers Agent several times for issues with one of our policies (home and autos). I cannot speak highly enough of Todd's responsiveness! He knew me when I came into the office and always provided prompt, friendly service. Although I've now moved out of state, I really appreciated working with the Sommer agency! Their customer service is outstanding!

We worked with Pete for years and worried that we wouldn't like (trust) the new guy as well when Pete retired. As it turns out Todd is as wonderful at his job as Pete was. He makes insurance understandable - and is always easy to get ahold of. Thanks Todd for taking care of our family.

I worked with Farmers agent Pete Whitmann fror several years and after his retirement I was not disappointed with Todd. I did leave for a month, treated wrong and horribly and came running back in a quick hurry like I informed him I probably would. Todd is awesome to work with and I have never in my couple years do I have single complaint. The prices are always awesome and explained very well. Very quick and easy turn around with a quote, question whatever need someone could ever come up with. I would 100% recommend his team for all insurance needs. He will never steer you wrong or do ya dirty. 2 thumbs up with this guy and many many thanks for all he does!
