Our company MHX Designs met Janet and Caitlyn last year at a conference. I have worked with many agencies in my prior career from a big NYC agency to a small boutigue agency. The agency must bring a mindset of being your business partner. My first impression of the company was very positive. I knew right away that they will be a great business partner to MHX and me not just an advertising/marketing agency. We spoke several times over next few months about our business and their services. They were very patient and gave me the needed time to plan the transition from my prior agency to FatCat. They also provided smooth transition plan to make the needed change and relaunch our marketing plan and website as quickly as possible without hurting our business. It has been about 6 months since the transition and we are thrilled with FatCat, their partnership, their creative thinking, and their constant support. Caitlyn and her team is truly the BEST.
