We met Tony Felice and the Felice Agency years ago at our flagship restaurant, the Tinderbox Kitchen. At the time, I thought "there is no way we can afford this help." Well, I will tell you that there is "No Way You Can Afford NOT to Hire the Felice Agency!" We challenged them with a difficult task: (1) Rebrand our Flagship restaurant; (2) Expose our two sister concepts, The Annex Cocktail Lounge and The Tourist Home Cafe; (3) Tie them all together; (4) Make them all relevant every day in the seasonal Arizona town of Flagstaff. These guys know hospitality! After hiring Felice Agency (and learning to trust and use their expertise) we are on target for not only our best financial year but for our most "relevant" year. Do Not Hesitate...call them!
