Recognising a gap in our technical knowledge and restrictions of our previous eCommerce website, we approached Fellowship with a view to upgrading our website and online marketing. After a comprehensive plan had been discussed and agreed, Fellowship designed and implemented an entirely new eCommerce platform for both our trade and retail customers. We were provided with full and easy to follow training on Magento, a very effective support package, and total input for the duration. No question was considered too trivial or left unanswered. Since our new site has been fully operational and guided by Fellowship, we have benefitted from a 20% increase in online orders which equates to a 74% increase in revenue.  We are very pleased with the service we have received from Fellowship and would highly recommend them.

Darren and the team at Fellowship were asked to rebuild our website as our old site was looking dated. Following an initial consultation they embarked on the initial design work to give us a feel for how the completed site would look. Once approved, the team developed the site, guiding us on appropriate visual and written content to optimise engagement. We are delighted with the site; our website traffic has increased considerably and with Fellowship’s ongoing support and guidance we are continuing to perform well on all the major search engines. I would readily recommend Fellowship to anyone considering their branding and website needs.
