This company has a culture of arrogance and poor customer service. They give advice that isn't based on individual need and will waste your time with sales meetings, trying to get you to spend more with them - even if you have a perfectly good solution in place. Buyer beware.

My father always told me you can judge people by the way they drive. Have not done any business with this company but one of their employees in a tiny smart car-like vehicle with company decals all over it was driving like a total a*hole this morning. Tailgating the car ahead of him within three feet for about a mile.

I had the best experience last week updating PC. The scheduling process was simple and ticket process tracked and updated me. Tech actually called me when project was nearly complete and then again an hour later when complete. Very satisfied client. Great communication and value.
