Fidelity is the worst internet service I ever used in my life. I feel I am using internet in North Korean. Even I spent 85 dollars per month , still got lagging internet service.

I work here, so I'm a little biased, but that also means I know the people who make this place what it is. With that experience, I can tell you it's a place filled with people who care about the customers, from the very top to the bottom. Really one of the best businesses all around.

Got my internet turned on very quickly after I moved. Service guy was very professional and courteous.

Always had spotty internet. The new modem they installed with built in WIFI keeps our printer from connecting to our computers due to MAC filtering (which is set to allow all). Worked just fine before.

Great internet horrible tv service amazing help desk staff. Not so sure about sparklight kinda nervous about fidelity being bought. Sparklight customer service has horrid reviews. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Internet consistently goes down throughout the day ranging from 10 minutes to hours. Overpriced Monopoly in Rolla. Charter in St.Louis offers 120mb/s vs Fidelity’s 50mb/s for the exact same price. Just ridiculous and they know we have to pay since this is all the town has.
