Been a Sales Executive from Samsung. We always hit our target but FOSA takes half of our incentives also the training pay they promise? Gone!...They are also telling us to sign a Quit Claim. Our next step would be to ask help from Raffy Tulfo to reach this agency. They don't answer to our call or text. But let us see if they will ignore our complaints when the government is with us.

Wanted to be a delivery rider for lazada but from the 1200 pesos per day that lazada pays to the rider, field outsource asia takes 450 pesos from the 1200 pesos per day. That is outrageous. I suggest you go to the company you want to apply to directly and submit your CV. It would be better if you paid field outsource asia a fixed amount for their effort and not get a percentage from your salary for all the time that they have you employed.
