I recently enjoyed a focus group with Fieldwork Dallas, however the young man juuling at the front desk was a little off putting (and likely illegal?). They also instructed participants to be arrive by 12:45....yet we didn't get started until 1:15. As somebody who bills clients by the hour, my time is literally money and I don't want to lose money from my full-time job as I attempt to make a little additional cash! Hope to be able to participate again in the future. Overall, we had an engaging discussion!

Fieldwork was a top-notch facility and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a lot of last minute changes and requests and they fulfilled them all without a hitch. Everyone from our account manager to the front desk staff was so professional, friendly, and willing to help.
