Overall Feedback:
I wish I could say the staff was kind respectful and helpful but honestly these women were rude unprofessional and no responsive to my emails. They reached out to me about a study and told me to send photos in within a certain time frame to qualify for a raffle where by if you win you get extra money. I submitted them that day and received no response from the woman who I emailed. I followed up with her again on Monday afternoon - no response. When she finally responded she said she never received anything so I forwarded her the info again- no response...on Tuesday late afternoon I received a generic email about my participation in the study and to confirm the pick for the product I had to test. I saw a different compensation than what discussed to I called to confirm what the pay rate is so I wouldn’t travel to New York for no reason. The lady on the phone who recruited me was dismissive. The girl she transferred me to was rude. I told her I may need to change the time since I have a meeting to attend at work and don’t want to show up late. She gives a 2 minute pause of silence. I say the lady transferred me to you because she said you could change the appointment time. She says you probably should not have scheduled if you couldn’t make it. I told her I wouldn’t have scheduled that time if I thought I couldn’t make it but this work meeting came up so instead of not showing up at all to your client location or showing up late I’m calling 2 days before out of respect”. Prior to this call I hadn’t received any communication from them on my confirmation or receipt of my pictures until a few minutes before I called...I could hear the girls swiping to each other in the background while ignoring me on the phone...very unprofessional
