Appointing Finally has been the biggest regret of my life, they have negatively impacted my business and mental health in ways I could not have imagined beforehand. I have essentially paid them to turn a dream into a nightmare.I was quoted 5 months for my build and am about to hit month 11 because apparently they had to start from scratch half way through due to poor initial database selection. Did they tell me that was the case? Nope, my account manager decided it would be best to straight-up lie to me about it for 2 months preferring instead to say "I don't know what you mean" when asked why it wasn't functional in any way yet. During this time, Finally (a marketing company) also gave me the go ahead to publicly launch the site knowing full well it was nowhere near beta, let alone functional. After complaining to Rob about the delays things did start to happen but as soon as he wasn't looking it just descend right back into chaos again.And today after waiting 4 weeks for them to complete 4hrs work, I was told by Xero that only half of the work had been done and it would be another two weeks before they can test it again. And the response from Andy? "My bad".I am seething. I am contemplating legal action. I would not recommend.
