Finca del Café can be accessed by a 15-minute-drive from Santa Rosa de Cabal. It sits in reasonable distance to the various thermal spas in this region. We were welcomed by the manager and shown to our room. After settling in, we took advantage of the nice pool overlooking a lush valley with mountains for background. The staff is very mindful and will assist you with organizing transport, recommend excursions etc.This is an actual, mid-sized coffee plantation that produces mostly for the internal market but also delivers to some exporters. You definitely should take the tour they offer. You will get a detailed insight into the process and challenges of coffee production, what sets good beans apart from bad ones and how to make coffee from good beans.We'd gladly come back.
