Jim and his entire staff over exceeded any expectations I had when ordering legacy award plaques for my company's 20 year grand opening event for our new headquarters in South Austin. We did a rush order of 24 legacy plaques and Jim and his team were able to get me EXACTLY what I needed, right on time, and the laser engraved plaques with real wood turned out beautifully with our custom logo engraved on each one. I highly recommend Fire Light Laser due to their superb customer service. They are very friendly and thorough. I am already putting in another order just a couple of weeks later for other products! I asked Jim to help me with a gift, but I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. He gave me serveral ideas. I didn't even know he could engrave on leather. Then he send me a mock up so I would know exactly what it was going to look like. It turned out amazing! Thank You Jim!

I live out of town and had to get a few Yeti's engraved for a wedding before flying out of Austin. I just had to send them the picture and font I wanted, and they had the new Yeti cups for me since I wasn't in town to drop any off, and had the engraving done in a day. They were very responsive and had great customer service. They charged a modest price and made pick-up really easy. I was incredibly impressed, will definitely be using them again!
