I believe I'm playing musical chairs, this is my third time moving and I still have nine people ahead of me. Last I checked I thought I grown unbelievable !

I have been coming to this place for at lease 10 years. I never had any really bad complains. Always fast and I could do a little shopping when I was done. Always entertaining while I was here. Between the bootlegs and people arguing, bad as lil babies running around, its really entertaining. Today, as soon as I waked in there, there was a line of people some sitting and some standing in front of chairs. As I am looking for a ticket, there wasn't one. One lady told me we have to stand in line. The line wasnt bad, 15 people at least. Its like i came at a good time because next thing there were about 20 people behind me. What I didn't like was people were seated in the order they came. Which means they have to keep getting up and move down as the next person got called. In the line there were several elders, people with walking canes, walkers and it look like they had a hard time getting up and down. The ones that was standing told people not to get comfortable because you will have to get up in a few minutes. Which was true. One of the ladies behind the counter said if you here for titles and handicap parking sit in the fist line of chairs. Now everyone was upset and confused. I was happy i jumped about 7 seats lol. But seriously they need signs and fix this. They have a lot of space and they rearrange the chairs. They need to put back the tickets and let people sit where they want. Im sitting next to a older guy who smell like a 10 packs of cigarettes. Now my allergies are acting up. Ill find some where new next year.

It was pretty straightforward outside of the line process. The guy at the window was a little too busy thinking about cash instead of what I was asking him to do, he gave me a total of over $400 when I was only trying to transfer a title. I let him know his mistake and he fixed it without an inch of an issue. I honestly expected to pay 75 something, but still paid 120.75 for the services as they are independently owned. Over all, he was nice, the ladies were knowledgeable and efficient, CUT THROAT, but efficient. If you don't have everything in order, don't go to the window, they will say next and you will end up at the back of the line.
