Pretty good setup. It's a pity, however, that they don't provide any feedback for job interviews, even though all tests were passed with flying colours.

Had 2 interview's for this place one for sky and e-on even though I have experience in call center and sales I did not get the job and they don't contact you if you are not successful witch is a joke at least call people back if they got the job or not I wasted my time and effort for this company what a joke the recruitment department have not got a glue what they doing on both interviews the recruiter was more nervous then the people who turned up of interview it sad when I applyed for the job EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES AY LEAST 6MONTHS WELL I HAVE 2 YEARS they don't care about that they won't people that have no experience absolutely disappointed there loss my gain.............................

- Working EnvironmentThey are a good place to work from what the staff have said. - LocationThe building is on the opposite side of the road around the corner from The Welsh Millennium Centre. - TravelThe bus route will take you opposite to train station for the stops to & from the site.• Make sure u have £5 in charge for the Cardiff Busses for exact change just in case you need it for all the busses.
