The software was full of bugs and did not run. We were not told the level of technical skills required to run the software. You need to know about server modifications and maintenance. It's also very 1990's looking. It's very poorly designed. It seems that the company is struggling to keep up with today's technology. The worst part is that when we decided the software wasn't working for us, they refused to give us a refund back. The software cost $10k. We found there are much better products on the market that do the same thing with the same integrations, only they are cloud based and cost less than $100/mo. Stay away from this fraudulent company. You've been warned. For proof of our usage I've attached a copy of our receipt.
