As the CEO of a growing national firm, it is never lost on me when managers and staff express their frustrations about a vendor or service provider that has not fulfilled their promises. As a service business ourselves, we have high expectations around our own deliverables and in turn apply those same expectations to those who provide services to our organization. Without doubt, Justin Downey and the team at Fisher Vista have met (and on many occasions) exceeded our expectations! We have had numerous compliments about our website and were pleased and amazed at how well they managed the process. They were accountable, organized, well spoken, intuitive, active-listeners who invested in understanding our business and needs, not just our "technical" requirements.
