Feedback:

I am an ex-client of FSC London office, so wanted to post a review of my experiences. Posting under a different name to protect interests. The business is fairly small, which usually I prefer when dealing with PR agencies. However, FSC have managed to combine the slow bureaucracy of a large business with the low capability of a small business. This comes down almost entirely to structure. Credit where it is due; the Account Managers are fantastic. Harriet and Geoff have been the main reason we've continued to use FSC. They are hard working, excellent client liaison skills and a pleasure to work with. The main issue comes with the structure above this. FSC have, for some reason, implemented a sort of part-time Account Director structure on our account. The AD seems to reply to 1 out of every 10 emails and will create roadblocks on almost every piece of work we give her, despite the AM's best efforts. This results in good ideas, but poor delivery, and I really do feel for the junior team members (AEs and AMs) who do most of the work!Great AM's, poor senior management.

Feedback:

Have collaborated with FSC a couple of times. Really friendly and knowledgeable team, who know the food, beverage and hospitality sector intimately. Highly recommend!
