So much wrong and totally overpriced.1st, the advertised pool is "out of order" and has apparently been for a long time.2nd power outage around midnight stopped some of the wall sockets from working. I guess it tripped a breaker but no one bothered resetting that one3rd around 5am the phone rang. No one there when I picked up. I tried dialing zero to get the front desk. It didn't work. I walked down to the front desk and woke up the clerk (who had been working since 8 am the day previous). Apparently the phones going off at random "just happens".4th the breakfast buffet that was included was disgusting. The scrambled eggs (not sure if they were made from powdered eggs) had been steamed so long they were breaking back down into liquid. The bacon was the saltiest I ever had. The bagels were onion garlic, which didn't go well with the jams present. Basically it gave me diarrhea, which is great for my long drive today.... because that kept me awake through the lack of sleep I had.Gave my litany of complaints this morning at check out, was given a shy shrug and an apology by an embarrassed staff member but apparently the new management doesn't believe in discounts or compensation for how horribly they maintain their hotel. Never go there. Zero stars are not an option.
