I am extremely happy with the service i recieved. there is a lady named Betty who stuck with me daily for 4 months until marketplace got there stuff right. And she was a God send she did everything she was capable of doing. And even went out of her way to call and check on me to see how i was doing. No one else would even give a client a second look but not Betty she went above and beyond. I will forever be grateful to her.

Staff is always helpful. Wish there was a way to not get al that paperwork with RECURRENT prescriptions and that there was a way for them to recycle medicine bottles.

Florida Health Carr Plans is the perfect local HMO health care provider. FHCP has its own in-house pharmacy. They also have a mental health department that is top notch! Customer service is key with Florida Health Care. I would consider it extremely rare to have anything but the best customer service.

I hate it because they call and say your meds are ready then when you go they say to wait 30 min then when you call in 3 moth supply they give you a 1 month supply
