Client Review on FLS Insurance Agency

Feedback:

I was in a car accident (out of state) while driving my mother's vehicle (she was with me) and my mother's insurance card in the glove compartment had expired. I spoke with Missy at least 3 times on the phone at the scene asking for her to email me a card, text or anything so I wouldn't receive a ticket. The insurance was paid up until 2020. I never recieved it. We both called FLS and the main company multiple times asking for a card and was always told no problem, it will be in the mail. Never received. Finally, at the courthouse, I got a copy of the card faxed over. Bad customer service.
