Mat and Nicole are masters in interpreting the 'challenge' and determining crystal clear messages that transcend the full range of stakeholders. Fluro worked with me to communicate the 'Why, What, Who, When, Where and How' of a major digital change programme - The concept they recommended was a new way to reach people within the organisation and it was so well received that significant proportions of the company check out the change management communications page on a daily bases.
