Client Review on Flying Hills Racquetball Center
Feedback:
Deceptive billboards saying memberships starting at 25 when that's really just an initiation fee they actually charge 40 a month for a yearly membership and require "legal proof" you moved 25 miles away if you want to cancel. gym equipment right out of the 90's with newer stuff here and there. When you enter you have to find your card in a filing box, hand it to the receptionist for her to swipe and she hands it back to put back in the bin. This is 2015 as a CHEAP option you guys can pick up a 20$ barcode scanner on amazon and print keychains for people. All while looking at a display computer with a warning message Windows XP is no longer supported (I hope my credit card info does not get stored on this system there I doubt they are compliant for secure credit card transactions).I went back to school during my membership and they wouldn't give me a student discount because I was already on a contract for a year. All this being said I think 40 a month is a joke, its conveniently close to flying hills but I'd rather drive 15 minutes for a few other gym options all cheaper better hours and modern equipment and membership cards.-First and last year here
