Client Review on Focus Services

Feedback:

They genuinely try to make it a fun place to work, which had to be hard to because it is a very stressful job. Not all calls are horrible, though, but it isn't a job everybody can handle. You'll get 4 weeks of training and it's incredibly comprehensive as long as you're willing to take notes and participate! Coaches seem to speak kind of thin because it can be a very hectic environment with numerous agents needing assistance on calls. Most agents are friendly and pleasant to train with. If you're considering applying:You need to pass a background check. There will be a drug test on day one, be ready for it.There are benefits, health insurance, dental, vision. There IS a 401K, but Focus doesn't match your contributions. Training is 100% attendance. (they'll allow you like one day of being late or needing to go home early, two if you're lucky)As long as you participate in class and take notes you'll be fine.Training is PAID. $10.00 an hour.As long as you do your job and follow your call flow and make at least 1 offer per call you'll do just fine.... There are certain exceptions where you don't need to offer depending on the department you're in.
