Last year my legal journal, the Texas Law Review, worked with Followbright to completely rebuild our website. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the finished product. The first thing that stood out to me about working with Followbright is the time and effort they put into understanding our unique needs and the site that we were hoping to end up with. From the get-go the team worked to get to know us, the demographic we hope to speak to, and the message we wanted our site to convey. During the design phase we collaborated extensively as the Followbright guided us though the project. We got to build the site that we imagined, and were never without input, options, and experience-based advise. Nothing about our website was from a cookie cutter—everything was custom built to match our aspirations and needs.The second thing that I appreciated about Followbright: We’re perfectionists, and they were right there with us. After most of the design work was done, but before the site’s launch, we spent weeks tweaking the smallest details of fonts, box widths, and other minutia. Followbright put in hours and hours making sure that when the site launched it was exactly what we wanted, and that we were completely happy with it. No nit was too small to pick, and the team was responsive, creative, and easy to work with throughout.Lastly, and most importantly, we’re really pleased with the quality of the finished product. Simply put, Followbright built us a beautiful site. The aesthetics are clean and elegant, the organization is simple and intuitive, and the functionality is great. We were particularly thrilled that Followbright found a way to automate a process that we would otherwise have taken hours of our time every month. Finally, they made sure we were equipped with the training and knowledge to run our new site into the future. These guys are great to work with and do an awesome job.
