Investigators DID NOT investigate a crime caught on security camera because an untreated paranoid schizophrenic and an elderly dementia patient said the victim never lived at his childhood home where his belongings still are, mail and driver's license are, and home based business is located and verified at. Ironic part is the victim is a RETIRED LIEUTENANT FOR RICHLAND COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT... way to look out for your "Brother in Blue" guys. Also did a well-check on said elderly dementia patient and FAPD ***NEVER CALLED ME BACK***She could have been dead for all I knew but no one was going to inform me if she was or not. After 4 or 5 calls up there and them even saying they misplaced my number, at midnight, I finally got answers when I requested the name and badge number for the responding officer. I don't know what they do over there but it is not police work.
