Everyone was very professional ,receptionist ,agent,etc..initially Matt was person I spoke with,I explain why I was there and he agreed to review my policies and on my return visit I was given quotes on all the policies.each line item was explained to my satisfaction. Matthew Sullivan at Forest Agency is a great insurance agent. He handles all of our insurance from homeowners with umbrella coverage to auto and special policies to cover jewelry.
