I generally judge developers on three main criteria. 1) Bringing the creative to fruition and enhancing the UX with useful insight where possible 2) Technical excellence across the board and 3) The ability to act swiftly and collaboratively when the inevitable unforeseen issues/conflicts/client generally breaking everything occurs. On a recently completed project, I've been managing the project with Dan who is a pleasure to work with, and working side-by-side with Usman, who has been nothing short of miraculous. Completely exceeded my expectations – top people, top firm. My client is ecstatic, the site looks brilliant across all devices and it is lightning fast. A well-deserved five stars for my new go-to guys.
