Spent 2.75 hrs trying to get thru to customer service. Said when calling in wait would be about 1 hr 3 mins...hahaha. Finally hung up. No direct phone number to this facility that I can find. I need to file a complaint about delivery

I called in to ask a question about an international package that was damaged, and the person who picked up the phone was rude and passive aggressive for no reason. He did help me a little bit, but I don't even know if the information he provided was true since it sounded like he could not care less. This makes me not want to even go there in person for ANYTHING.

I love how i just called twice and the phone literally doesn't work and no one answered. Some place of business you got here.

I normally don't write reviews and it's unfortunate that most people do only if it is bad service, but this place deserves a better rating than what is showing. Yes, it is true that this place is very busy, but the workers (Ray and Elnora) at the front desk work their ass off while maintaining professionalism and being courteous. While I agree that they could definitely use more help, I think they do a fantastic job given their circumstances and are clearly some of the hardest working people.

Have only been in this post office a handful of times but I've always been treated decently.

Was there this morning at customer peak. One woman at counter and one man helping no cash customers in line. These people worked as fast as they could, were friendly and courteous. I really wish peak hours had another person or two on the counter. The self service machine was very finicky so I had to take a space in line when I could have used the self service and reduced the long line by one customer.
