I come here often because I am jobless, and I need to use the internet to look for jobs. The staff is so mean and rude, always gives me dirty looks, and even yelled at me because I returned books that were on my boyfriend's card (we live together!) and they scolded me for correcting their late return fees. We returned lots of books and movies, and they were never checked in. When I confronted the front desk staff, she yelled at me about it, but then took off the charges. She was extremely sarcastic, rude, mean, and unprofessional. Maybe if someone here did their job right, it would have never happened in the first place. Now, when I walk to the internet cafe, I get rude looks from the entire staff!
