Feedback:

They need HELP.. For what they have, there doing a decent job. It could be better.

Feedback:

Lake county and surrounding area residents DO NOT give this place enough credit. The employees at the front desk were amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I needed a replacement sticker for my PWC after a hull swap and the girls up front made it happen the same day. Thank you so much for your hard work and more importantly, thank you for handling all the BS from people that don’t appreciate what you do! ?

Feedback:

I'm so tired of the river always being closed or at no wake it's a waste of a summer.

Lets break down the "Response from the owner" to the post left by "Jonathan Bradley"True "The IDNR manages the gates"False "works to minimize flooding on the system."Rita Lee from IDNR sits in an office in Springfield and adjusts the waterway level when a computer tells her the level is high.FACT more water can enter from Wisconsin then can be released at the gates. FACT Rita Lee looks at the rain fall in the area but doesn't look at how quickly the rain has fallen. 2" of rain in an hour will put more into the river then 2" over 24 hour time. FACT Rita Lee doesn't work weekends or holidays so if the water on the system is rising on Friday nothing will be done until Monday. FACT the entire system never was at normal winter pool in 2018-2019. FACT the Fox River and Chain of lakes has flooded more since the Fox waterway agency was created. FACT Rita Lee is REACTIVE to the water level while she should be PROACTIVE and start to lower the level when Wisconsin gets large amounts of rain. FACT it takes THREE DAYS for the water level at New Munster Wisconsin to reach the Chain of lakes. THREE DAYS Rita Lee has to react and be PROACTIVE before the water gets here. The construction of flood gates costing Millions in Mchenry was Suppose to control flooding in the area. However there is Nothing to prevent or limit the water flow into the Chain from Wisconsin.Hopefully the local businesses will get together to file a class action lawsuit. THEN maybe Rita Lee from IDNR will change her ways since she can't get fired being a Government worker.

You can tell these people could care less about you, your business, or the constant flooding on the lower river the past few years. I love paying a 100 bucks a year and not even get to keep my boat in the water due to the flooding that they have “no control” over even though the new flood gates at the Algonquin and McHenry dams were supposed to prevent this. Turns out it is only to prevent the chain from flooding. Who cares about the people who’s property is being destroyed by the water being held on the lower river.

Feedback:

been waiting for our channel to be dredged for 21 years like they said they would year after year.

Feedback:

This flood is horible they don't even know we r alive down here we are flooded about 2ft and rauner thinks he's living high on their hog down south what an idiot.

Feedback:

ZERO goes to the water police who pull over pontoons filled with people instead of powerboats, filled with people. Pontoons are easier to dock up and the people are less rowdy - but pontoon boaters don't cause the problems that powerboats cause. Note to all pontoons: Don't let them touch your rails!

Feedback:

Kristine & Debbie were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having a son returning home from active duty in the US Navy and making sure his homecoming happens without a glitch so he can enjoy time out on the chain. Thank you ladies!! You helped take some of the worry off of my heart.
