I contracted with Fox Web Creations for them to build me a website. I gave them $9,500 for the site. It was supposed to be completed by January 15, 2017. It is now March 8th and the site is still not fully functional.They sent it to me and said it was complete on the 9th, but there was problem after problem with the site. They didn't even check to make sure the payment section of the site was functional. I have sent them countless emails asking them to fix the problems and they have yet to fix them and deliver the site that I paid for.I have lost thousands of dollars in lost revenue from the site not being ready by the contracted due date. Elamri Red, the owner, refused to refund me any money for his incompetence.I now have to take legal action and sue them to get the money I am owed back for them breaching our contract and not delivering the site that I paid them for.
