It's not often that you find a company that truly cares about you as a person and doesn't think of you as just another number. Frank Walkers office is one of the select few that does just that. The staff is super friendly and Frank takes time to explain everything so you know exactly what you playing for. I have been insured with his office for over a year now and I never plan on leaving!

Proceed with caution. Frank Walker will get your business take your money and move on to the next town. Treats his employees not well and all he wants is to be the top SELLING agent. Selling- your money to his pocket. There are better agents out there- keep looking.

I have been with State Farm since I started driving never had a problem. Last few years have been horrible rediculous rate increases and terrible services. State Farm calms the be a good neighbor and will be ther for you..., no. All State Farm wants is to fill their pockets with your hard earned money. Would recommend if you are looking for insurance you find it else where like I am doing.

Horrible service. Tried to get quotes for both my home and cars and was treated like a child. I didn't feel like my personal information was being kept secure. When I finally got the quotes the rates were almost 30% higher than what I was already paying. I was told there are "issues" with my driving record; I have been accident and ticket free for almost 11 years.
