Charged my insurance and me for tests never conducted. I am reporting for fraud.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Instead of getting an apology I instead received two letters stating they are dropping me as a patient. I have been a patient of there's for 12 years on/off relocating and going to college. In the letter hey state "we are unable to build a positive patient -doctor relationship." Amongst other things , well I suppose so being I haven't seen Dr. Delgrippo in years and the P.A I had was ok but that is not who I initially requested. Not to mention the front desk clerks have nasty attitudes and need to find a new position because customer care / patient care is not their nitch. I honestly was going to leave anyways because of the poor quality of care but to receive that letter without an apology was very low and I do not recommend this place. Not to mention they do not have any doctors who are any other ethnicity than Caucasian. Smh run far away from here if you want good care.

Went here for years then had a change of insurance. Was told they didnt take it but I could self pay and still be seen. I schedule an appointment and when I get there they rudely turn me away! Never seen such a lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Very bad experience with this office. The wait time for appointments is long, runs over an hour. The doctors are too slow. Not sure about their professionalism. During my annual examination me and the insurance company were charged twice for the same 25 min because I discussed with doctor my health. The administrator told me that I am not supposed to talk about my health with the doctor during physical and must come another time. She was rude and refused to remove charge and threatened me with the collection agency. Many friends told me that this office uses this predatory practice to extract money from patients and insurance company. Not going to use this office again.

This place is fast and efficient. The doctors take the time to listen to your problems. I have been to this office several times, using the walk-in hours and have been very pleased. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice receptionist, nurses, and doctors. Walk ins are available and cheaper than urgent care and emergency rooms. Did not have to wait long to be seen would recommend.

Bunch of morons at the front desk. Cant ever answer anything.. very careless with paperwork and inputting information. 1 doctor i couldbt understand a word he was saying. The only good thing about this place is walk in hours everyday

Don’t go here they do not want to help u I actually got insurance after so long of fighting with life and just everything she says wait till Monday (does life wait till Monday ) DONT GO HERE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME NOT WORTH EVEN CALLING TERRIBLE COULD HAVE SAID WHY DONT U WALK INAND BE SEEN STUPID PEOPLE LOOSE UR JOB FOND A NEW KND LADY YOUR AWLFUL
